What is an SKU?

SKU means Stock Keeping Unit. Each unique sellable item variation (for example size/color combinations) counts as one active SKU.

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes. GetThePrice includes a permanent Free plan with 200 tracked products for activation and low-frequency validation.

Do I need a credit card to start on Free?

No credit card is required to start on Free.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime from Billing. Downgrades are also supported and take effect at the next billing cycle to avoid workflow disruption.

What happens if I exceed my SKU limit?

Free shows an upgrade prompt when capacity is reached. Pro and Team include metered overage and upgrade guidance so monitoring does not stop unexpectedly.

Where does pricing and ROI data come from?

Selling price comes from Shopify catalog sync, landed cost comes from your cost inputs, projected margin lift comes from approved Co-Pilot actions, and labor savings comes from the value you set in Settings.

Do you change my compare_at_price field?

No, not by default. MVP pushes target product prices after approval; compare-at behavior follows your existing publish setup and is not automatically rewritten as a separate optimization stream.

Is pricing fully automated?

No. The Co-Pilot approval workflow stages suggestions, and you approve, reject, or edit each one before anything syncs to Shopify.

How do margin guardrails work?

You set price floors and ceilings from landed cost and margin targets. Suggestions are constrained by the floor, and pushes that would exceed the ceiling are blocked.

How often is competitor data refreshed?

Competitor URLs are checked on a scheduled job cadence. We do not promise an instant or fixed SLA refresh window on the landing page.

Is my store data secure?

Access is scoped to your connected workspace, and price changes require explicit approval before publish. The MVP founder dashboard is read-only and does not provide CSV/PDF export.

What does subscription include?

Subscription and billing are managed through Stripe checkout and customer portal flows. Plan details, invoices, and payment method updates are handled there.
